This villa has the ability to take your breath away. Being the oldest villa in Bantry Bay this villa takes you back to the days where there was wealth and beauty in the simplest of things. The original home makes up the first two levels of the villa, while the third level is a new, more modern edition to this exquisite structure.

Bantry Beautiful has a living room on each floor and each is uniquely its own. The top floor is airy and open plan with the bedroom, which can be cordoned off, opening onto the lounge and balcony areas. The shower room is en suite and is built in such a lovely way that the entire room could be called a wet room. Extending backwards and outwards at this level is a wonderfully inviting pool and small garden area.

A spiral staircase is at the centre of the villa and passes through every level.

On the second storey you will find the original main bedroom that is just gorgeous with its enormous en suite bathroom complete with Victorian bath, shower and antique wash basins. This bedroom also opens out onto a second deck area with views and another smaller swimming pool. Also at this level is the dining room which not only epitomizes the phrase 'less is more' but opens out onto a peaceful atrium and flows conveniently onto the kitchen which, again, will remind you of a bygone era. Fully equipped this small quaint kitchen has an island and pantry. From the kitchen one can access the car park area. This level also has an enclosed front verandah.

On the lowest level is what was the original main entrance or front door into the villa. A front patio and pedestrian gate is what stands between you and Kloof Road.
