The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own sea-facing balcony. It has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and large bath, twin basins, marble tiles and luxurious fittings.

The second bedroom also has beautiful views of the sea, and a marble tiled en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath. In addition to the two main bedrooms, there is a small third bedroom adjoining the second bedroom which shares the bathroom with two built-in single beds suitable for children.

The lounge, kitchen and dining areas are spacious and open plan and stylishly decorated in an African theme, with tiled wooden floors and beautiful shutters on all the windows and doors. Leather furniture and a separate study with desk, leather sleeper couch, bookshelves and TV complete with DSTV, DVD player, and video capability, ensure elegance, comfort, great entertainment and a convenient working space if required.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with every modern appliance and makes entertaining a delight. For guests who don’t care to cook, the house is linked to the famous La Perla Restaurant and catering is available at any time - including dinner ala carte. The house additionally features a fully stocked wine cellar with white, red and sparkling wines and liquors with a drinks room or cavé on a lower level. Guests can enjoy the best of the Cape’s vintages while marvelling at the magnificent views.

Other world-class amenities include two pools - one with rim flow- and an outside area with a four-seater table and chairs on the deck overlooking the ocean. Secure parking and a full time security guard guarantee a stress-free and relaxing stay.

The house is very private and has welcomed several celebrity guests and their friends. It is surrounded by properties owned by well known politicians, business people and celebrities.
