African Sunsets is an incredible property in an enviable location within walking distance of the beach, enjoying superb views of the ocean and the whole range of the Twelve Apostles.

This villa is situated o­n Strathmore Road, which to those in the know is perhaps Camps Bay’s best address. Despite being within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants, you feel far removed from it all o­n this quiet cul-de-sac.

The actual property is an expansive villa, which despite being thoroughly modern and enjoying all conveniences, has an elegant and timeless feel about it. The rooms and public areas are spacious and open, and clever use of wood and glass gives the entire villa an open, light and uncluttered feel.

The bedrooms maintain the feel of the rest of the house. Each room is spacious and enjoys its own bathroom. The master bedroom has very few rivals in terms of views and just pure luxury. It has an enormous walk-in cupboard, and the bathroom is equally special.
