Fusion is a truly unique property. Set up o­n the Camps Bay mountainside at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, it is surrounded by nature, and feels as though it is deep in the bush. In actual fact it is no more than two minutes drive from the central buzz of Camps Bay and less than ten to the Cape Town city centre.

It commands phenomenal vistas, encompassing the Twelve Apostles, the Atlantic all the way around to Lions Head and even Robben Island. The incredible glass design takes full advantage of this, uniquely framing the wonderful views from every room.

The meticulous design has given each room a unique feature. The master bedroom opens directly o­nto the enormous pool deck. You can roll out of bed and into the pool! It also has a large walk-in dresser.

Bedroom o­ne has a beautiful deck with stunning sea views, and an open glass shower that has to be seen to be believed.

Bedroom Two opens o­nto a cool and tranquil rockery, planted with indigenous flora, which gives you a real sense of being o­n the mountain.

The family room has a lounge and kitchenette attached, with two private decks to enjoy.
