Palm Tree House is nestled in the quiet streets of Camps Bay, overlooking Bakoven, Lion's head and the famous Twelve Apostles. This three bedroom double storey Villa is a welcomed retreat for the corporate, seasoned or family oriented traveler.

Beautiful wall hangings and images of a once undeveloped Atlantic coastline decorate the entrance hall, offering a sense of rustic nostalgia. The sunken lounge with modern seating and hints of African inspired murals, light fittings and works of art opens up onto the lower level, sea facing deck. Adjoined to the living room is the dining area with large 8 seated sleeper wood dining room table. The eclectic style of the living room is drawn into the dining room by well selected mismatched chairs, from which to enjoy almost panoramic views of the mountains and coast line. Sleek sliding doors allow for the living room to be completely closed off and private from the rest of the house.

The modern kitchen blends classic fittings with chrome appliances. A large gas cooker and stove are a treat for the budding chef. A quaint dark wood breakfast table and informal family room with flat screen TV divide the space between the dining and kitchen area.

Across the hall is the first of three bedrooms. This beautifully decorated bedroom with open plan en suite bathroom features a restored fireplace, direct garden access and spacious bathroom. Complete with his and hers wash basins, shower and free standing bath makes this well sized bedroom a relaxing retreat.

On the upper level are a further two bedrooms, stylishly decorated against magnificently restored parquet flooring. Both bedrooms lead directly onto the upstairs balcony, decked and decorated with potted aloes and white garden rocks. Bedroom two, aptly named the Palm Tree Room, has Atlantic sea and table mountain views, and open plan bath room with shower and free standing bath. There is a king size bed, comprised of two singles, air-conditioning and modern flat screen TV. Bedroom three, named the "Atlantic" Room”, has an en suite open plan bath room with shower only. There is a queen size bed, air-conditioning and modern flat screen satellite TV.

Unique to this beautiful property is the spacious back garden and large swimming pool. Palm Tree House is classically a 'home away from home' with creature comforts in a modern setting. The symbiosis of space and style make for a wonderful getaway in Camps Bay.
