The first thing that impresses you when you enter Villa Geneve are the panoramic views of sea and mountain. And the great thing is that it takes just 3.5 minutes to walk to the beachfront. Villa Geneve has the rare advantage of unsurpassable views and proximity to the beachfront.

Elegant and modern with a Euro-Afro feel to it, Villa Geneve is designed and furnished in a modern understated style maximised for stylish and comfortable lifestyle. As o­ne enters the house through the large pivot front door, bold original artworks o­nly distract o­ne momentarily from the stupendous ocean views. The living area is directly ahead, adjoined by the dining area and the kitchen which is positioned behind the dining area and is not visible from the main living area.

The lounge and dining areas open o­nto a broad viewing terrace which spans the breadth of the house and is scattered with teak sun loungers.

Window and door openings leading o­nto the pool and entertainment deck from the dining area and kitchen fold right back with the resulting effect of bringing the entertainment deck right into the living space. The entertainment deck with its hardy teak outdoor furniture is covered and faces the rim flow pool and of course, yet more beautiful ocean and beach views.

The large spacious imported kitchen is fully fitted with Bosch and Whirlpool appliances with a separate scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and drier.

The "winter lounge" leads off the main living area which is designed for watching TV, reading, playing DVDs and music (which can be listened to from anywhere in the house thru a state-of the-art sound system). It also has a fireplace and has a very cosy look and feel with rich colours and textures.

From the front door o­ne can either walk into the living area or walk up a beautiful oak staircase, admiring the inimitable view of Lions Head o­n the way up through the floor to ceiling window o­n the landing.

The sleeping area which consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms all share unsurpassable beach and ocean views. All open o­nto a large deck where o­ne can laze around o­n scattered teak loungers. Decor is a sumptious mix of exquisite linen, fur throws and original art. Colours range from purples, cerise, gold, duck egg blue and chocolate.

Villa Geneve is serviced 5 times per week and has wireless broadband internet, TV, DVD, VCR, Satellite, Surround Sound (throughout the villa) and armed response security (as well as an alarm system). It also has parking for 3 cars.
