This bungalow is a lifestyle in every sense of the word. From the moment you enter it is splendor through and through. The decor is tasteful and idyllic. The tones, fabrics and designs are tranquil and earthy with a contemporary edge. 3rd Beach Magnificence is spacious and cool and boasts unsurpassed views.

The living area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen separated o­nly by the bar style counter and chairs. The lounge comes complete with a home entertainment centre and fireplace. The dining area is adequate for 8 guests and ideal for entertaining. American shutters open outwards o­nto the terrace, which is raised off the beach and furnished with outdoor chairs and lounges.

The main bedroom is a double en suite with a shower, bidet and toilet as well as a private outside shower. This bedroom also has a walk in closet and views. The second bedroom is also a double and is furnished similarly to the main bedroom. The third bedroom is accessible by a step ladder which is perfect for the kids and has two singles. The second and third bedrooms share two separate shower rooms.


Please be warned that vehicles may not be parked at the bungalow as there is no access. Getting to the bungalow requires about a 3 minute walk down the stairs that lead you to your doorstep and as it turns out the beach. Cars may be parked in the 3rd Beach parking lot situated at the top of the stairs.
