The Beach House & Studio

Beach level - Studio
The Studio is an intimate beach apartment with sensational sea views. In tones of ivory, cream and turquoise with an oriental flavour, the décor reflects the colours of the sand and sea. The bedroom and bathroom are revealed behind sliding Plantation shutters and a cleverly concealed kitchenette is housed in a customised wood cabinet. The Studio is connected to the Beach House above by a short flight of external stairs, and to the beach below through a security gate. Sleeps two.

Pool Level - The Beach House Pool & Media Centre.
This level offers a sparkling pool, a pool bar, fully equipped kitchen and an exquisite Indian marble table, perfect for relaxed entertaining. The pool area leads into a Bath House with an exotic Hamam, Sauna, Showers and change rooms.
The media centre has comfortable seating for watching movies or TV, and is an ideal conference venue. An internal elevator transports one to the living rooms above.
Mid level - Living rooms, Study, Kitchen and Guest Cloakroom.
The Living room features a contemporary gas fireplace, TV, a piano and two sumptuous seating areas leading onto a terrace with panoramic sea views. The décor is a fusion of contemporary and classical pieces. Tones of creams and blues, oriental lamps, vases and subtle rugs on travertine floors give the room a sense of quiet opulence. In the dining area the generous antique table extends to accommodate lavish dinner parties. Beech wood panels slide open to reveal a state of the art kitchen. The study is fully equipped for business away from home, with wi-fi (throughout the Villa), fax, printer, TV and safe. Outside we find a travertine terrace, with a polished granite water feature and outdoor seating under cool awnings and umbrellas.

Upper level - Three glamorous en-suite bedrooms.
The elegant Master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the ocean, and an immaculate en suite bathroom. The bedrooms are decorated in shades of indigo blue and creams, with highlights of pink and red. Dramatic artworks add fun and focus to the rooms. The Beach House sleeps six.
