On level 1 a glorious entrance hall, with large windows welcomes you, this level also includes a bedroom with two single beds and an entrance to the triple garage.

Level 2 is o­ne of the two large entertainment floors it includes a guest toilet, 2 dining suites o­ne 8 seater and o­ne 10 seater, a large kitchen area with all the extras and stunning marble finishes. The lounge area comes complete with a TV, DVD, Satellite and a sound system and of course an air con has been fitted through out the villa. Large doors open o­nto a balcony with mountain and sea views as far as the eye can see. The lift o­n this floor takes you to level 4 and 5, directly to the second entertainment area and large deck with a pool.

Special attention to detail has been taken through out the villa with original artistic photographs strategically placed.

Level 3 has three bedrooms, o­ne master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, a large walk in cupboard and a beautiful en-suite bathroom which includes a bath and shower. The double doors open o­nto a spacious balcony with relaxing sun lounges. The other two bedrooms, which both sleep two people, are separated by a large bathroom with a luxurious steam shower.

Level 4 like level 3 has three bedrooms, a master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite and two bedrooms both sleeping two people. This level also has two extra bathrooms o­ne with a shower and the other with a bath.

Level 5 is by far the best floor of all; with its large spacious entertainment area it is perfect for those long summer days in the sun and glamorous evening dinner parties.

The wide doors open o­nto a large wooden deck with luxurious sun lounges, an 8 seater wooden table and a sparkling pool. This floor conveniently includes another complete kitchen, lounge with a TV and stereo system and an 8th bedroom and e-suite.
