Hermanus Haven has prime positioning and offers you front row seats during the whale season. These fascinating and enormous creatures can be enjoyed from almost anywhere o­n this fantastic property. Watch as they frolic in the icy blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean which is situated o­n your doorstep.

This gorgeous home will cater for your every need. It is the perfect spot for a bit of holiday fun. There is a huge lounge and dining area offering loads of light and superb vistas. Also in the lounge is a fireplace and entertainment centre inclusive of Flatron TV, Hi-Fi and plush leather couches. Off the lounge is a balcony with another o­ne of many dining tables and braai facilities. Down a level is a third dining table overlooking the swimming pool and garden.

The fully equipped kitchen has a large breakfast nook and views of both the ocean and mountains. You may also choose to use the dining table in the back courtyard which is accessible from the kitchen. The courtyard may also be used for laundry.

Hermanus Haven has five bedrooms. The main bedroom has a full bathroom en suite, loads of built in cupboards and a small lounge area with breathtaking views. Bedroom two and three are both doubles with views and both open out o­nto the patio and pool area. Bedroom four is a twin room and also opens out o­nto the pool area. These three bedrooms share two separate bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is a single with an en suite shower room.

Outside is a separate den complete with the following:
- toilet and shower
- single bed (should the extra space be required)
- bar
- fully equipped kitchenette
- wine cellar and tasting table
- lounge area (incl: television)
- pizza oven

The garden has small reading benches dotted amongst the trees and their shade as well as another area to braai and an area to have a very social evening around a bonfire.
