Detailed description: Kaapkloof Manor

• Monthly rate:R50.000 – R60.000 per month
• Daily rate:R8.500 - R13.200 per day

Kaapkloof Villa is a double storey building, reed thatched with a heated pool infront of the patio. Due to the thatch roof, fresh air is constantly provided and no AC is needed. TV´s and King Size Beds are standard plus W-LAN, Safe etc in every room.

Floor heating is available as well as two fire places inside the house. An own wine cellar is part of the Manor as well.

The garden around the house is known for its Fynbos-, Protea-and indigenous Cape-Vegetation. Most of the plants and designs are older than 80 years.

Children of every age are welcome, the pool can be covered by a safety net, and a Baby Bed will be provided according to further agreement.

Wellness/Massage/Yoga/Pilates/Personal Trainer (all in house) tariffs depends on hours and how many people attending.

Hair/Face/Nails/any type in house – depends on clients wish.

Private Chef (for Lunch and Dinner per day, exept groceries)POA

can be agreed (exept groceries, incl shopping time).
Every of our listed Chefs is able to prepare every style of food, also proper fast food or vegan or diet, as well as sumptous Party Buffets, etc.
The Chef asks the guests for their special wishes on food every day in advance and does the shopping according to what he needs there fore (shopping list).

Wine tasting with a Sommelier, in house and/or in our private wine cellar exept wines POA
Shopping/shopping attendance either in Hout Bay or Cape Town and any where else (markets/shops of any type etc) per hour POA

Safaris/Day Tours, private Flights/also Helicopter – either in South Africa and/or international – tariffs according to routes/company/pax attending.

Due to the invisibility and complete privacy of plot and living areas, the Villa has been successfully used as hide-a-away and for total relaxing after plastic surgery/and or weight loss/or weight adding activities and
