This 2 bedroom apartment is situated behind the main house and comprises of 2 bedrooms (one with queen size bed and the second bedroom with a double bed), 1 bathroom with shower in bath, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with full satellite television as well as a lush garden with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors and a seperate entrance. On street parking is available.
The apartment is in walking distance to restaurants catering for all tastes, bars and shops, from boutiques to big supermarkets as well as 5 minutes walk from the CBD and the apartment is 10 minutes drive from Camps Bay and Clifton beaches and Table Mountain is a mere 5 minutes drive away.
