The problem with this villa is you will not be able to leave. It is the villa you always wanted to own. The villa is built around a massive granite rock which is a feature in the living area as well as in the master bathroom. The entertainment/living area is too much to cope with. Spacious lounge, dining, kitchen area flows seamlessly o­nto the beach. With hidden sliding doors folded out of sight you feel as though there never were doors.

Every bit of this villa is perfect. No expense has been spared with decorating. o­nly the best will do. From the kitchen fittings to the bathroom fittings, nothing is left out. There is even a permanent boiling tap in the kitchen for instant boiling water. So there'll be no waiting when you sip your coffee o­n a crisp Cape Town morning watching the waves crash in front of you. Or take the coffee to the raised roof garden above the house and lounge o­n the grass!

The main bedroom is en suite with bath and seperate shower. (the shower has over ten knobs and dials!). The two other bedrooms share an en suite bathroom. Two seperate entrances from either bedroom lead into the bathroom. Very cleverly done!

I could go o­n but I will just get more upset that the villa is not mine. Yes there is a rock waterfall and yes there is a jacuzzi. Yes the jacuzzi flows into the pool and yes there's a play room with a snooker table. And yes there is a fireplace in the bedroom. Yes you will not want to leave and yes I think it will effect you in the long run when you have to leave.

But do it anyway. You will not forget it.
