This Mediterranean masterpiece adds a whole new dimension to gorgeous accommodation. A rare find this stunning residence rests o­n the mountain face and gazes down over some of the most beautiful views our continent has to offer. The incredibly romantic Villa has been tastefully furnished and showcases an abundance of gorgeous wooden pieces and original artworks.

At the front of the property is a pristine pool and small level garden area that has been ingeniously completed with a small wooden deck and outdoor dining area. This is the perfect spot to spend those beautiful Cape Town days and, of course - if there are, for the children to play. o­n climbing the staircase from the pool area you will find yourself o­n the outside terrace of this Villa. This is also the main entrance to the Villa. Half of the terrace is sheltered by a dark wood pagoda while the other half has been left open to soak up the sun or stare at the stars. Huge umbrellas can also be utilized should the extra shade be required. o­n the o­ne end of the terrace is a built-in braai facility with bench-like seating bordering the villa walls. More chairs in various styles are placed particularly about the terrace. At the centre of this sprawling terrace is an ornately carved dining table that seats 8 comfortably.

On entering the villa you will find yourself in the lobby - a round table in the middle of the room with a stunning bouquet of fresh flowers and high ceilings will welcome you. From the lobby are three more doorways and another staircase. The large arch to the right takes you through into the main lounge, to the left you will cross the threshold into the television lounge and ahead to the left is the entrance to the kitchen.

The main lounge is spacious with a fabulous fireplace, a collection of candles scattered about and wonderfully enticing furniture. This lounge has glass doors, lined with gloriously gauzy curtains, which open up the space between the outside and inside. At the back of the lounge another arch takes you into the, very often, sun drenched atrium. Here is another dining table for 10, couches, a coffee table and some books for your reading pleasure.

The television lounge houses a selection of comfortable couches in which to sink and a complete entertainment centre - should the need to spend a lazy day indoors arise o­n the odd occasion.

The fully equipped kitchen has a small 'bar style' eating area and a separate scullery and laundry area.

Upstairs, at the front of the Villa is the huge main bedroom complete with a full en suite bathroom and separate dressing room. This bedroom boasts the finest luxury necessities - views, balconies, air-conditioning, fan, entertainment centre, surround sound and more... Also at the front of Villa Amthula is a twin bedroom again with views, aircon and balconies. This second bedroom has a separate dressing room and full bathroom. Towards the back of the villa, is a large study with an extended double bedroom
