Villa St James accommodates up to 20 people in 10 large bedrooms with extra long beds and five bathrooms. The bedrooms are located upstairs and have sea and/or mountain views from their private outdoor and indoor balconies. The ground floor features an elegant dining and conference room with fireplace and grand table seating 22. There are also two lounges with fireplaces, a unique cultural library, fine modern stereo equipment with over 400 musical cd's. Common rooms include a cinema and satellite TV room, billiard room, English pub, indoor and outdoor terraces, a grapevine trellised patio, and a guest cottage.

Hovering over False Bay with 360-degree views of mountain and sea, Villa St James is a historical national monument built in 1850. o­nce home to the British admiralty, the Greek royal family and Jan Smuts, statesman and founder of the League of Nations.
