Tour Cape Town on an Open Top Bus
A great way to see Cape Town is on a open top bus where you can hop-on and hop off at specific spots. City Sight Seeing offers distinct routes with various Cape Town attraction destinations. Depending on the route you pick (there are 2), your options will vary, so planning your trip and having an idea of what you want to see will ensure you don’t miss out on any locations of interest.
All tours busses depart from the aquarium at the V&A Waterfront. The Red Route is a City Tour which includes 12 great stops around the city including Table Mountain Cable Way, District Six Museum and the Castle of Good Hope.
The Blue Route is a Peninsula Tour and includes 14 stops which include Kirstenbosch Gardens, The World of Birds, Imizamo Yethu.
Each option also includes additional tour extensions for seeing the city and exploring the Constantia Wine valley. Both routes then return to the V&A Waterfront after the last stop.
