The entrance to the Villa leads into a fully automated 4 Car Garage and a well-stocked open display Wine Cellar. The lighting here sets a dramatic tone providing access to the main house via a short flight of stairs, or the Platform Lift.

GROUND FLOOR
The short staircase from the Basement Floor opens up into a large patio, boasting a crystal clear swimming pool, 14 seater al fresco dining and direct access to the Sauna.

Entering the home, one is flanked by 2 magnificent Air-conditioned Summer and Winter Lounges. The spacious and tastefully decorated Winter Lounge boasts a TV, Gas fire centre piece clad in glass, and offers views over the swimming pool and Atlantic Ocean.
Summer Lounge caters toward a top of the range entertainment system, complete with a curved 65inch TV and Leather Lounge Suites.
